Has a small rip,and some cracking on top. In good shape for its age. A used backrest off of a 1972 Arctic Cat Panther 440. Look at pics good.

I wiped it down with a wet paper towel before I took pics. Needs a good cleaning. Material is not hard,still soft. That is why the front has wet marks.
