Top of piston reads and I would guess that is them diameter. Maybe the hirth aircraft motor part I imported these from Germany many years ago for my vintage snowmobile and got stuck with them because they would not fit my snowmobile. 45 you get 3 complete pistons with rings, pin, and cir clips.
